• Oversaw construction and provided QA/QC inspection of civil telecommunications OSP implementation, ISP data shelter systems, including HVAC, automatic transfer power switches, Kw generators, fuel supplies, 1G/10G data platform switches, rack elevation, grounding and CAT 5/6 Ethernet communications data cabling
• Reviewed contractors MS Project schedule, verified per review of project schedule, disbursement contract completion payments
• Successfully designed and deployed the OSP networks for Parwan, Jalalabad, Kandahar and Bagram AFB
